I’d love to do a pamphlet called BEAN PASTE and quickly differentiate between all the different kinds of fermented soybean pastes out there and explain what they are and what they might be used for. The limitations of the English language has labeled a huge variety of bean products to simply as bean paste, to everyone’s confusion.
